1. Website owner

Conectores ERP (conectoreserp.es and its subdomains app., mcp. and auth.) is a service of Bitclick Solutions.

2. Purpose

This website presents Conectores ERP, a service that connects Odoo to AI assistants (Copilot for Odoo and MCP Connect), and lets you join its waitlist and access the app.

3. Terms of use

• You agree to use the website and the service lawfully, without trying to access other organizations' data, overload the service or bypass its limits or security measures.
• Only connect Odoo instances and users you are authorized to use.
• The assistant's answers are generated automatically from your Odoo data and may contain errors. Check them before making important decisions.
• The service is in private beta: it may change, have outages or be limited without notice. Published prices are indicative until a plan is purchased.

The terms for paid plans will be shown to you, and you must accept them, before purchase.

4. Intellectual and industrial property

The content, design and software of this website belong to Bitclick Solutions or its licensors. You may not reproduce or distribute them without permission, except for personal use.

Odoo is a registered trademark of Odoo S.A. Conectores ERP is an independent product by Bitclick Solutions, compatible with Odoo, not affiliated with or endorsed by Odoo S.A. Other trademarks mentioned (for example, Claude, Cursor or Visual Studio Code) belong to their owners and are mentioned only to indicate compatibility.

5. Liability

We take reasonable steps to keep the website working and secure, but we cannot guarantee it is free of errors or outages. We are not liable for damages arising from misuse of the service or from decisions based solely on the assistant's answers. Links to third-party sites are provided for reference; we do not control their content.

7. Governing law and jurisdiction

This notice is governed by Spanish law. Any dispute is submitted to the courts of Granada (Spain), unless the law provides otherwise, in particular the consumer's place of residence.
