Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal data we process when you visit conectoreserp.es, join the waitlist or use Conectores ERP (Copilot for Odoo and MCP Connect), what we use it for and what your rights are. The Spanish version prevails in case of discrepancy.

2. What data we process, why, and for how long

We make no automated decisions with legal effects on you and do no marketing profiling.
3. Where your data is processed and who receives it
The service runs on Bitclick's own servers in a European Union data center. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties, except where required by law. To provide the service we use these processors, under a data processing agreement:
- Hosting provider of the server, in the European Union.
- Amazon Web Services EMEA SARL (Luxembourg): the Copilot's language model (AWS Bedrock), in European Union regions only. Your questions and the data looked up are processed there to generate the answer.
- Resend: invitation and account emails, sent from its European Union region. Resend is a US company; the transfer relies on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses.
- Bitclick's internal tools (automation and CRM) where we keep the waitlist.
4. Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability, and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to info@bitclick.solutions with the subject "Data protection". We answer within one month.
If you think we have not handled your data properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
5. Security
Encryption in transit (HTTPS) and of Odoo keys at rest, isolation between organizations, read-only access to your Odoo and per-person access control. No measure is infallible, but we review security continuously.

7. Changes to this policy
If we change it in a meaningful way, we will email you if you have an account or are on the waitlist. The current version is always the one on this page.
