How the Copilot works

Ask your Odoo in Spanish or English: the Copilot looks up the data, answers with tables and charts and, when something needs to change, proposes it on a card for you to approve.

Requirements

Plan	A Copilot for Odoo plan: Pro, Team or Business. The free trial is for MCP Connect only.
Connection	The space's Odoo connected and your own Odoo user.
Permissions	The ones an admin sets in Permisos (Permissions), plus those of your Odoo user.

What it does

It reads your question and queries your Odoo with your Odoo user, using the read tools that are allowed.
It answers and cites the records each figure comes from.
If you ask for a change, it prepares it and Odoo validates it without writing anything. An approval card appears in the chat and in Aprobaciones (Approvals).
Only when you click Aprobar (Approve) does the Copilot apply it in Odoo, with your user, and the card shows the result.

The AI model never has the tool that applies changes: Conectores ERP applies them after your click (or right away, if an admin set it to Permitir (Allow)). What a document or an Odoo record says is treated as data, never as an instruction.

How questions are counted

A question is one message from you to the Copilot, even if it queries your Odoo several times to answer. Running a playbook also counts as one. Each plan includes a number of questions a month, which renew with the period; if they run out, you can buy extra question packs (see Plan and billing). The Copilot's lookups in your Odoo don't use MCP Connect requests.

Conversations and approvals

Your conversations and your approvals are yours: the rest of the space doesn't see them.
A proposal expires after 24 hours. Only the person who asked for it can approve it, because it's applied with their Odoo user.
The Aprobaciones page gathers pending proposals and the history.
The Actividad (Activity) page records who asked what and which tools were used (admins can export it).

Troubleshooting

Quoted text is exactly what the app shows, in Spanish, followed by what it means. When the Copilot can't propose something, it explains why in the chat, in its own words.
