Playbooks
Complete tasks that the Copilot carries out from start to finish with your Odoo data: you choose the playbook, adjust a few inputs and run it. The result is a report with tables, charts and CSV files, in a conversation where you can keep asking questions.
Requirements

The playbooks
The app shows each playbook by its Spanish name, given here in quotes under each heading.
Receivables and payables aging
«Antigüedad de cobros y pagos». How much you're owed (or owe) by due-date bucket, who holds most of the debt and what's been outstanding for more than 90 days. Inputs: Qué revisar (What to review: receivables, payables or both) and A fecha (As of: empty means today). Read-only.
Draft invoice review
«Revisión de facturas en borrador». Reviews draft invoices (customer invoices or vendor bills), flags the ones that can't be posted (no customer, no date, zero or negative total, no taxes, possible duplicates) and proposes the fixes and the posting for you to approve.
Month-end close checklist
«Checklist de cierre de mes». What's left to close the month: drafts, late receivables and payables, unreconciled bank transactions and a recommended lock date. Input: Último día del periodo (Last day of the period). Read-only: it never posts, reconciles or locks anything.
How to use it
- Open Copiloto → Playbooks (Copilot → Playbooks).
- Choose one, adjust its inputs and click Ejecutar (Run).
- Read the report. You can download each table as CSV and keep asking questions in the same conversation.
Each run counts as one question of your plan.
Troubleshooting
Quoted text is exactly what the app shows, in Spanish, followed by what it means. When the Copilot can't propose something, it explains why in the chat, in its own words.
