Import statements

Attach your bank statement (Norma 43, CSV or Excel) and the Copilot creates it in Odoo, in the bank journal you choose, unreconciled. First it checks the currency, the account, the balances and that the statement isn't already imported.

Requirements

PlanCopilot for Odoo: Pro, Team or Business.
Permission in Conectores ERPImportar extractos (Import statements): «Preguntar» (Ask) or «Bloquear» (Block), never «Permitir» (Allow). By default, Preguntar.
Your Odoo userIn Odoo 19, the Basic accounting group (account.group_account_basic) or the accountant one, «Show Full Accounting Features» (account.group_account_user). With only Invoicing, Odoo lets you read statements but not create them.
In OdooA Bank journal in the same currency as the statement. If the statement is Norma 43, the journal should have its bank account (IBAN) so the Copilot can check it's the same one.

Important: In Odoo Community, the Basic group doesn't show on the user form until you activate developer mode (Settings → Activate the developer mode). Then, in Settings → Users, open the user and add the group. If you don't see it, ask your Odoo partner.

What it does

  1. You attach the file and say which journal to import it into (otherwise, the Copilot asks you).
  2. Conectores ERP reads the transactions in the file with code, not with AI: dates, signed amounts, descriptions and, from Norma 43, the account and the opening and closing balances.
  3. It checks the file against the journal (see the table) and, if everything adds up, shows you the card.
  4. When you approve, it checks the journal and the duplicates again and creates the statement with its lines, with your Odoo user.
  5. Reconciliation comes afterwards: in Odoo, or with the Copilot (match the statement and register the payments).

How to use it

Checks
