HR queries: who's who in the company, who's on vacation and what time off there is in a given period.
Requirements

| Permission in Conectores ERP | «Permitir» (Allow) or «Bloquear» (Block). By default, Permitir (whatever the «Lectura» (Read) group is set to). |
| Your Odoo user | The Employees app (for employees) and the Time Off app (for vacations and time off) installed. To see full employee records, Employees: Officer (hr.group_hr_user); without that group, Odoo only shows the public directory data. For time off, you see what your Time Off role lets you see. |

Search employees
Searches employees by name, department or job position. Tool: search_employee.

Search time off
Searches vacations and time off by person and dates. Tool: search_holidays.

Troubleshooting
Quoted text is exactly what the app shows, in Spanish, followed by what it means. When the Copilot can't propose something, it explains why in the chat, in its own words.

| The Copilot says there's no time off model | The Time Off app isn't installed in your Odoo. | Install it in Odoo, or block the tool in Permisos (Permissions). |
| The Copilot says it can't find data that you can see in Odoo | Your personal connection uses a different Odoo user, or the data belongs to a company that isn't active for your user. | In Ajustes (Settings), check which user you're connected with. |
| The Copilot says your Odoo user can't read a model | Your Odoo user doesn't have read access to that app. | Ask whoever manages your Odoo for that app's group. |
