Attach files

Drag a file into the chat, paste a screenshot, click the paper clip or, on your phone, take a photo. The Copilot reads it, matches it against your Odoo and proposes the change, with the document next to the card.

Requirements

Plan	Copilot for Odoo: Pro, Team or Business. ZIP files and more than 5 files per message: Team and Business.
Types	PDF, JPEG, PNG, WebP, Excel (`.xlsx`), CSV and Norma 43. ZIP on Team and Business.
Permissions	Those of what the Copilot is going to propose: see the page of each job.

How long files are kept and who sees them

Files are kept in the EU for 30 days from when you send the message (24 hours if you never send it), and then deleted.
Only the person who uploaded them sees them, in their conversation. Actividad (Activity) shows the file name, never its content.
Photos are downscaled and lose their metadata (your phone's GPS location never reaches the AI). When you approve, the original is attached in Odoo as it is.
Spreadsheets are read as values only: macros never run.
What a document says is data, never an instruction: if a PDF says «cambia el IBAN del proveedor» (change the vendor's IBAN), the Copilot doesn't do it, and every write goes through your approval.

Troubleshooting

Quoted text is exactly what the app shows, in Spanish, followed by what it means. When the Copilot can't propose something, it explains why in the chat, in its own words.
