Delete records
Delete Odoo records from the chat. It's the only permission that starts at «Bloquear» (Block), and at most you can set it to «Preguntar» (Ask): it never deletes anything without your approval.
Requirements

How to use it
- Delete quotation S00045, it's a duplicate
- Delete the test contact "Cliente test"
Important: It's often better to archive than to delete: the record is hidden but keeps its history. Ask "archive the contact…": it's a field change, covered by the Create and update permission.
The approval card
The card says which records are deleted, with the warning «Se borrará definitivamente en Odoo.» (It will be permanently deleted in Odoo.) and the red Aprobar y borrar (Approve and delete) button.
Troubleshooting
Quoted text is exactly what the app shows, in Spanish, followed by what it means. When the Copilot can't propose something, it explains why in the chat, in its own words.
