Multiple instances
If your space has several Odoo instances connected (for example, one per group company), the Copilot can search, add up and summarize the accounting of all of them at once.
Requirements
| Plan | Business (multiple Odoo instances). Pro and Team have one instance: these tools only see that one. |

Tools
List instances
The Odoo instances set up in the space. Tool: list_instances.
- Which Odoo instances do we have connected?
Search across instances
The same search in every instance at once. Tool: search_across_instances.
- Find the customer Acme in all companies
Totals across instances
Sums and counts across every instance. Tool: aggregate_across_instances.
- Sales this quarter by group company
Accounting summary across instances
The accounting summary of each instance, side by side. Tool: accounting_health_across_instances.
- Which group company has the most overdue receivables?
Note: The console for agencies and partners, with all their clients' databases, comes later in the Business plan.
Troubleshooting
Quoted text is exactly what the app shows, in Spanish, followed by what it means. When the Copilot can't propose something, it explains why in the chat, in its own words.
